Refund Policy

The Arrow Framework is provided as a digital subscription service delivered through TradingView invite-only access.

Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate delivery of access, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have an active TradingView account and that TradingView is compatible with their intended use before subscribing.

If access cannot be provided due to a technical issue caused by Arrow, please contact support@tradewitharrow.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Subscription cancellations may be made at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund of prior subscription payments.

Nothing in this policy affects any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
